Strength & conditioning coach Bill Burgos has worked with the New York Knicks, Orlando Magic from 2013-2018 and currently works for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Bill is the author of the new book Strength Training for Basketball He also served a total of 13 years in the Army and Air Force.
